  I ordered a combo and two small Oreo McFlurrys through drive through on Mother's Day and when I received them they were not filled at the same level. One looked full and the other was 2/3 full. I asked the employee why they were not the same and she said it's because of the machine (she gave me a bit of attitude about it). It was not an explanation as why would one look full and the other not if both were made on the same machine. That's not a reason for bad quality control, But she said she would put more ice cream in to fill it for me which she did. She gave it to me and was pleasant and said to have a nice day. I think she understood she had made a mistake.
  When scooping into the first one that I received (not the one filled again), there was a big empty hole in the middle, obviously created by the machine blender, and that was where the third missing from the second McFlurry came from and was more noticeable when I received it. Upon eating the rest I noticed that only half was an actual McFlurry and the other half at the bottom was white ice cream that had not been mixed in with the Oreo. The second McFlurry (that went back for refilling) was actually full and properly mixed. So, basically the employee did not actually make both properly the first time. Some retraining required please and if your going to use that blender how about compensate for the empty space problem with ice cream.
